Shipping Destination

PAJURI delivers across all major cities and serviceable locations within India. You can check delivery availability for your PIN code during checkout.

Note: At present, we do not offer shipment of a single order to multiple destinations. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, separate orders must be placed.

Domestic Orders

We provide FREE SHIPPING across India.

In certain cases, logistics partners may request identity verification at the time of delivery, especially for high-value shipments or when the original recipient is unavailable. This helps ensure secure and accurate delivery of your order.

Important: If you believe the package has been tampered with before delivery, please refuse acceptance and contact customer support immediately.

Secure Packaging

Every product undergoes multiple quality checks before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

After passing quality inspections, jewellery is securely packed in protective pouches and placed inside PAJURI's signature jewellery packaging to ensure safe delivery.

Happy Unboxing

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information.

Our goal is to deliver your jewellery safely and as quickly as possible to ensure a pleasant shopping and unboxing experience.

Track Order

Registered customers can track their orders through the "Track Order" section available on the platform.

Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location; however, we strive to deliver all orders as quickly as possible.

Standard Delivery (India)

Orders are generally delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of order confirmation, subject to courier availability and circumstances beyond our control.

If an order cannot be delivered within the expected timeline, we may cancel the order and notify you accordingly. Any eligible refund will be processed through the original payment method used for the transaction.

We partner only with reputable courier companies to ensure timely and secure delivery.

Express Delivery

Express Delivery may be available for select products and selected PIN codes.

Eligibility

Available in select cities, including:

  • Mumbai

  • Hyderabad

  • Chennai

  • Bengaluru

Delivery Terms

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM may qualify for next-business-day delivery where available.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM may be delivered within the following business days depending on serviceability.

  • Public holidays and Sundays may extend delivery timelines.

Customers are advised to refer to the estimated delivery date displayed during checkout.

For security purposes, delivery personnel may request a valid government-issued photo ID before handing over the shipment.
