Product(s) can be returned only if the jewellery piece is shown missing or defective in the unboxing video. Refunds are not provided; eligible orders receive a replacement product.

To ensure that your PAJURI product remains in the best possible condition over an extended period of time, please observe the advice below to avoid damage.

The product needs to be delivered to the PAJURI office at your cost and we will deliver it back to you at our cost, if it is within the warranty period.
