Product(s) can be returned only if the jewellery piece is shown missing or defective in the unboxing video. Refunds are not provided; eligible orders receive a replacement product.

• Avoid contact with water.

• Avoid hard contact (i.e. knocking against objects) that can scratch or chip the gemstones.

• Remove jewellery before washing hands, swimming, and/or applying products (e.g. perfume, hairspray, soap, or lotion), as this could harm the metal and reduce the life of the plating.

Please take care of your jewellery and store it properly to avoid fading of coating/plating.

However, if the plating is faded due to regular use, kindly feel free to send it to us and we will do the re-plating absolutely free of charge.

The product needs to be delivered to the PAJURI office at your cost and we will deliver it back to you at our cost, if it is within the warranty period.
